Welcome Back students to Physical education class. We will have Physical ed classes on Monday and Wednesday every week. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR SNEAKERS SO YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN CLASS. Remind your parents of this. Have a great year.

We are in the middle of week two of social distancing, I hope everyone and their family are doing well. Please try best to keep up with your physical activity log.Take a break from school work to try to get around 30 minutes of exercise in. Thank you boys and girls. Stay safe. I miss you all.

Boys and girls I hope we are all doing well and everyone is healthy. If you can get on Twitter I sent out some websites that with your parents permission you can go on for some physical activities and exercises. If you can not get on Twitter I will try to figure out how to send it here. You guys and girls can always do our warm-up activities when you are stuck inside. Try your best to increase your sit-ups and push-ups each week you are home. If your parents allow you to go outside kick a soccer ball around, play catch with a family member. take a walk. or ride your bike. Try to stay active and take a physical education break each day. It will help you focus better on your schoolwork. I miss you all and I hope I get to see you soon. Please stay safe and enjoy the time with your family.

Parents please have your children wear their sneakers to school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If they are wearing shoes or boots for pictures or bad weather, please have your child bring their sneakers in their book bag. If they do not wear sneakers for class, points will be deducted from their grades.  Thank you for your cooperation.
