Welcome back to school! My name is James Philips, I am excited to be a part of the Belleville Public School community. I graduated from Caldwell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice followed by a Post-Baccalaureate teaching certificate from Caldwell University. I have been a high school baseball and soccer coach for many years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, and being active!
